XCaliber Networks and XCaliber Exchange provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Applications by monthly renewable subscriptions. The New York State Tax for SaaS Subscriptions does not apply to amounts under $99.99 and for that reason our subscription prices (which range from $4.99 to $89.99) are non-taxable. The subscription expense is tax deductible.
Important: The monthly subscriptions do not automatically renew. The subscriber is required to sign-in and renew the subscription each month. Therefore, there is no need to un-subscribe from a service – simply don’t renew and you will not be charged.
