The New York State Tax for SaaS Subscriptions does not apply to amounts under $99.99 and for that reason our subscription prices (which range from $4.99 to $89.99) are non-taxable. The subscription expense is tax deductible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important: The monthly subscriptions do not automatically renew. The subscriber is required to sign-in and renew the subscription each month.
